Graham, Owner
With over 30 years experience in hospitality (10 of which spent owning another multi-award winning establishment nearby), Graham brings a wealth of experience. Starting at the young age of 14 in kitchens, Graham spent years perfecting his craft. Graham's talents go beyond cooking and it didn't take long before he was brought front of house and quickly made his way into management. Graham is a triple threat within this industry being an incredible chef, a natural manager and an incredibly gifted entrepreneur. He brings passion, enthusiasm and a genuine love for hospitality.
Tina, Manager
Tina has worked at The Castle Hotel for a combined 8 years - that's a lifetime in hospitality! Tina does it all and the place truly would not be standing without her. Tina is local to Portmahomack, she knows all of her locals by name and will be pouring their pint before they walk in the front door. She will be sure to greet you with a smile before delivering what can only be described as true, Highland Hospitality.
Fiona, Admin Manager
Fiona has worked within the hospitality industry for over 10 years in varying roles from bar to restaurant before becoming General Manager at Graham's other establishment. Fiona has worked for Graham for 7 years and brings experience in social media, web development and all the other general administration duties needed within hospitality. Fiona will most likely be the one responding to booking enquiries.
